My experience with Brian was outstanding!

I was selling my dad's house and I met with 3 different realtors regarding the sale. Brian's knowledge of the market and how to price the house was the best out of all of the realtors. He was very responsive to my needs and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I live out of town and he was very helpful in maintaining the privacy of the home since it was vacant! Overall I was extremely satisfied with Brian through the whole process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Great work!!

"It's hard to encapsulate just how masterful, responsive, friendly, and overall bang-for-your buck you get with Brian in just a few short sentences. Having both bought and sold with him, I can say that as a first-time buyer and seller, Brian was not only able to help me find a house that met all of my criteria (and negotiate for an excellent price), but also helped me navigate the complex process of buying and selling. Honestly, I'm not sure we would've bought (and sold) a home if it weren't for him. He knows the area, is a master at the processes, and honestly becomes a good friend through the the maze that is buying/selling. I can't say enough good things about Brian and how much happiness he has brought our family."

"Brian saved our lives! he not only knew everything about the area and the market, pricing and negotiating, he anticipated problems before they happened, knew how to handle issues as they arose, and prevented many possible/potential disasters, he went above and beyond for us --finding us the repair and cleaning and septic repair/ radon cleaning/ etc etc people that we needed when we needed them, at reasonable prices! He was pretty much always available to answer questions and help during the critical times that you needed to reach him, I can say this with confidence because we sold another house in a different far away city with a different agent who was always "out of range" when we desperately needed to talk to him. so we know how lucky we were to have Brian! none of that with Brian!!! he is a treasure! he was INVALUABLE and we are grateful every day that we happened to meet someone who recommended him to us. probably after I enter this i will remember more things he did that were amazing that I should have included!"
